The church /  kingdom started when God planned it, in the FULLNESS of time (Gal 4:4).  It was designed to start during the Roman Empire (Dan 2:44).  Several things made it perfect for the church to start at that time.  Rome built 50,000 miles of paved roads making it easy to travel. It had the Pax Romana (Roman Peace) making travel relatively free of war among the provinces.  Roman Law, Roman Citizenship all contributed.  The church started in Jerusalem then spread East- West- North- South over the Mediterranean civilization and beyond.
